Institutional Research Proposal
A concise, exploratory proposal for hospitals, cancer centers, and research institutions interested in organized public-source oncology research.
This is an exploratory proposal. There is no completed institutional offering, and nothing on this page is a purchasable license. Public research resources are available today; a focused research pilot can be discussed and scoped individually; the annual institutional models below are proposed concepts under exploration, not available services.
Proposed Engagements and Ranges
$100,000–$250,000 (proposed fixed-scope research project range)
A possible project centered on one defined oncology research question or indication. A written proposal would specify the public sources to examine, research landscape deliverable, source and limitation documentation, review process, meetings, timeline, team responsibilities, and final fee. This range is a planning framework, not a promise of a particular deliverable or turnaround before scope is agreed.
$300,000–$450,000 per year (proposed ongoing annual program range)
A possible ongoing research engagement for one team across an agreed set of oncology topics. A proposal would define research coverage, authorized users, outputs or platform access, update process, review responsibilities, and support. These capabilities and terms would be established through interviews and pilots; this is not a currently purchasable subscription.
$500,000–$1,500,000 per year (proposed annual range)
A possible broader engagement involving multiple research groups within one institution. The scope, covered topics, public sources, research outputs, authorized users, review process, coordination, and support would be defined in a separate proposal. This range does not include or promise API access, EHR integration, single sign-on, unlimited seats, or custom analytical modules.
$2,000,000–$5,000,000+ per year (long-term pricing hypothesis)
A potential custom engagement across multiple institutions, sites, or research programs. Its feasibility, coverage, staffing, deliverables, coordination, implementation needs, and final fee would have to be evaluated and agreed separately. This range represents a long-term pricing hypothesis, not a current service, license, or binding quote.
These ranges are planning figures, not binding quotes. No patient information is required. Do not submit patient information.
- CS and the institution would agree in writing on the research question or covered topics, public sources, users, deliverables, review process, timeline, support, and final fee.
- Deliverables are research and education outputs derived from public sources. Planned features are not services: anything not explicitly agreed in writing is not included.
- No patient information is received or processed, and no API, EHR, SSO, or clinical-system integration is offered.
- Public educational resources remain free and open to everyone, independent of any institutional engagement.
